What made you decide to become a Camp Easter Seals Counsellor? Working at camp is the best job in the world. You get to meet the best humans and help facilitate the most meaningful moments.

What does your position entail? This role is a whole wild fun mix of things – one moment you are swimming around in the lake and the next you are plunging a clogged toilet or checking in with the nurses. Everyday is new and fun!

What are you most excited for at Camp? To watch people discover new and exciting things about themselves, to witness lots of pranks and to sing more campfire songs than I did last summer.

What’s one special thing you bring to camp from home? All my best tie dye! You know what they say – always have one fresh piece of tie dye for every day of the week.

How will you spend your days off? Going on adventures and hiking all the beautiful nature that BC has to offer.

What’s your favourite camp food? Smores

Favourite camp song? Man of the Sea

Favourite special event? Campfire and Sleep Out

What surprised you about camp? How open and accepting the camp community is. No matter what, everyone has a place at camp.
