Registration – Opens March 1st
Registration proceeds on a first-come, first-served basis. Only the current year’s application will be accepted. It must be printed, properly filled out, and mailed to the Vancouver head office as follows:

We are not always able to accommodate your first choice of camp session. A camper’s registration will be confirmed only after we have received ALL paperwork pertaining to the camper’s stay at camp. We are unable to hold spots for campers while we await any application paperwork, including the medical form which is completed and signed by a doctor. There is a checklist in the application to help you stay organized. Easter Seals BCY reserves the right to request additional documentation as deemed necessary.
Special Considerations For:
Campers attending our program for the first time must complete the New Camper Application.
Young Adult Campers
All new or returning young adult campers must complete the YAC Application.
Personal Support Workers
All of the campers who come to BC Easter Seals Camps have different needs and exceptionalities. Our counsellor to camper ratio is 3:1. Sometimes, campers are more successful in our program with one on one support. These campers are welcome to attend our camps with a Personal Support Worker.
If your camper requires 1:1 care, it is the caregiver’s responsibility to find a suitable Personal Support Worker. If your camper is applying with a PSW, a separate PSW application must accompany the camper application. Please note that each session only includes six spots for campers with PSWs. Apply early to increase your chances of securing a spot.
*If you are having difficulty securing a PSW, please send in the completed camper application and contact the Registrar at 604-873-1865 or firstname.lastname@example.org about the possibility of securing your spot while you find an appropriate PSW*
All camping programs are highly subsidized by Easer Seals BCY.
The participant fees are as follows:
Regular Camp (ages 6-18): $600/participant
YAC (Ages 19-29): $800/participant
Please note that payment must be made at the time of application. However, payments (cheque or credit card) will not be processed until a space in the program has been confirmed. Cancellation will result in a $100 processing fee if the applicant cancels one month before the session start date. No refund will be given for cancellations within one month of session start date, unless the cancellation is for medical reasons and is accompanied by a doctor’s note, in which case a full refund will be given.
