Family Camp Weekend Overview

Programming

Families will be able to participate in all the same activities offered at our summer camp. Families can swim in the pool, climb the climbing walls, swing on the big swing, do arts and crafts, play games on the field, and sign along at campfires. Each family will have their own group and be able to rotate through activities they choose. Some activities will have specific slots for each family to attend (i.e. pool time).

Families are designated into groups based on their children’s ages, and will rotate through activities all together, with the goals of the families to make lasting friendships! Families are welcome to participate in camp at their own pace, and choose to participate in activities that peak their interests.

A schedule for the weekend will be provided on arrival.

Check-In/Out Times

• Check-In: 3pm
• Check-Out: 12pm – 1:30pm (Lunch provided at 12:30pm)

Meals At Camp Are Included

All meals at camp are included in your stay.

Accommodations

Room assignments will be based on family size.

If you require a medical bed, please indicate it in your application, as there is a limited quantity.

Families will each have their own room shared between members of their own family.

Accommodation Options:

• Feeling rustic? Bring your own tent!
• Private dorm rooms. One room per family.

Medical Staff

There will be staff members with minimum first aid requirement at all off season family camps.

Summer family camps will typically have 1-2 nurses.

Staff are available to assist in medical care as required, and respond in the event of emergency.
