Easter Seals BC & Yukon is pleased to announce the appointment of Enara Samanes Simon as its new Talent & Diversity Specialist.
Simon brings an extensive background in employee recruitment and development. For the past three years, she held the position of Talent & Development Manager at SELECTRA where she developed the company-wide training integration plan, and assisted employees in their career paths. Before that, she worked at PASS Adult Services working in their Employment Program for people on the spectrum.

In her new role, Simon will champion the people and culture function at Easter Seals, with an emphasis on recruitment and retention, training and development. She will also be working with the CompassWorks Program to establish employer relationships and support clients to prepare for, obtain and maintain sustainable employment.
